1、适用范围：本产品主要用于各种金属(不锈钢/铝板/铝合金/铁板/合金等金属制品)、玻璃(钢化玻璃/石英玻璃/硼酸盐玻璃/有色玻璃/光学玻璃/防护玻璃/玻璃钢/金属玻璃)、陶瓷(建筑陶瓷/化工陶瓷/电瓷/特种陶瓷)、石材(大理石/花岗岩/水磨石/合成石)、电镀面(水电镀/真空电镀/单金属电镀/复合电镀)、阳极氧化铝表面/氧化铝、静电喷漆面/喷漆板及烤漆面/烤漆板等制品的丝印及移印；不需加固化剂，不需烘烤，即可获得优异的附着力。

2、产品特性：哑光、附着力佳、耐酒精、耐冲压。

3、稀释剂：用我司B-03专用稀释剂或783开油，用718洗网水清洗网版。

4、固化剂：可选择添加我司JS-10专用固化剂用于增加油墨附着力及物理化学抗性

5、油墨调配方法：开罐先搅拌均匀，取所需量油墨稀释到合适印刷粘度。如需添加固化剂，先加固化剂搅拌后静置10分钟，待油墨与固化剂完全交联后再进行稀释。

6、干燥时间：常温干燥，表干时间5-10分钟，实干时间在24小时以内，48小时后达最佳性能，烤箱80℃烘烤30分钟性能更优。

7、添加固化剂后的使用时限：4-6小时，过期请弃用，剩余油墨不可回收。

8、安全标准：符合欧洲EN-71 PART3、美国ASTM及欧盟RoHS各项环保检测标准，请放心使用。

3、多色套印时，需表干后才能进行下一颜色印刷。

4、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，需要完全固化后方可检测。

5、未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。

6、注意作业车间的湿度，湿度过大会影响附着力，湿度过小会容易拉丝，温度高容易堵网。

7、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。

8、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好，尽量避免皮肤直接接触。对本品过敏者，使用前应涂覆一层皮肤扶肤膏或戴不渗透手套。

9、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。
