刻字膜质感特殊，不同于一般全彩转印，它适用于单色图形或文字，常运用在球队制服的队标及号码吧标、公司logo...等，使用非常方便及相当广泛。

Heat transfer vinyl is different with common multi-colors transfer, it feels special. It can be used for single color motif or letters, such as sport garment team mark, number  and logo etc, it is used much widely.

此外，还可套色转印，以增加T-Shirt的丰富性和变化性。转印方式和普通全彩转印一样的轻松方便，且只要是布料材质皆可转印，不受限于布料的颜色。优越的洗水色牢度及胶粘牢度。

Besides, it can be heat transfer print chromatically, increase the colorful and variability of T-shirt. The transfer print method is as convenience and easy as common colorful transfer, and it can be used for all kinds of fabric, do not limited by the colors of fabric. It shows perfect washable and adhesive.

正常提供规格及颜色：19英寸 X 50码/卷，W C M Y K等10多种颜色，可根据客户具体要求订做不同规格及颜色的产品。Normal size and colors: 19 inch X 50 yard/roll, W C M Y K and so on more than ten colors. It can be customized special size and color.

在设备上，则须和电脑割字机及烫画机搭配使用。

Equipment: computer cutting machine and heat transfer machine.

二.使用说明：application manual:

1.用电脑割字机先切割成需要的形状，撕离图案以外的胶膜，切割深度以割入底层胶片10?30 UM为佳。

Cut the motif with computer cutting machine, peel away the glue film except the motif, the cutting depth will reach film bottom to 10-30um.

2.撕下保护膜（也可先撕离），用烫画机直接转烫在承印物上。

Peel off the protective film ( Can peel it away too), press the motif to print material with heat transfer machine directly.

3.转烫温度一般在150摄氏度到180摄氏度，时间为10秒到20秒，压力20?30磅（根据不同材质及要求来定）。

Transfer temperature will be 150-180 ℃, dwell time will be 10-20s, press will be 20-30 pound (Can be set according to different material)

4.待产品冷却后，将表面胶片撕离即可。

When the transfer cold, peel off the surface film.
