适用范围

适用于热撕平光的彩印、网印烫画产品； 
适用于生产纺织品及皮革类材料热转印烫画产品；
Using area:

used for hot peel flat offset and screen product; 
Used for textile and leather heat transfer printing;
 

最佳印刷效果的注意事项：

在印刷、生产时尽量避免接触尖锐和高温物体，以免影响效果； 
彩印过程注意轻拿轻放，防止彩印图案刮伤； 
彩印后产品叠放建议不超过20张，防止印品反粘。并进入40℃左右抽湿房抽湿12H，彩印油墨干燥后网印； 
此产品适用于水、油性丝网油墨； 
丝网印刷后烘烤温度为50℃-65℃之间为宜，，防止温度过高使胶片轻微变形导致套位不准； 
正常情况包装打开面为印刷面； 
此材料属于防反粘材料，包装无须隔防粘纸。
Notice proceeding of best transfer print effect:

1.Try to far away from keen-edged object and high temperature object when printing, for fear affect the effect.

2. Do light take and put, for fear offset printing design scrape;

3. After offset printing, please pile up the film less than 20 sheets, otherwise it will be adhesive to the back. Take the printed film todehumidifying room for 12 hours, the temperature will be around 40℃. When the ink dry, it can be printed by screen.

4. it suit for water base and oil base screen ink.

5. After screen printing, it is better that the roasting temperature is between 50℃and 65℃, otherwise, the film will be a little distortion that result theset of positionbar from

热转印步骤：

转印前保持承印物干净整洁； 
转印前先把图象其他空白部分剪去，，建议留2mm边界； 
设定烫画机温度为130-160℃，并且升到设定的温度，时间为8-20秒。（根据不同的烫画产品）； 
机器时间到，抬起/移开烫画机发热板，请务必立即把上面的离型胶片撕掉，效果更佳。
Process of print heat transfer film：

1.Do keep (garment) printing stock cleaning before applying the transfer

2.Trim around the image before transfer，leaving a small edge(2mm) around the image .

3. set the heat transfer machine temperature between 130℃and 200℃, and dwell time 8 second(according to different heat  transfer product).

4. When time is out, move away the heating plate, peel the release film immediately.
