本机适用于天然纤维，化学纤维及其混纺机织物和针织物的印花之用

对花精度：相邻花位误差不大于 0.1mm, 累计对花不大于 0.2mm

对花调节范围：纵向对花不受限制，横向对花调节量为 ± 10mm, 斜向对花调节范围为 ± 3mm

烘燥方式：多层热风烘燥

热源：蒸汽（ 0.2?0.4Mpa ）热油

烘房节数： 2 ， 3 ， 4 （积木式）

每节烘房最大蒸汽能力： 230?270Kg/h 水

烘房工作温度： 120 ℃（蒸汽） 150 ℃（热油）

全机总功率：标准型 110KW

四、基本组成结构

该机采用三单元交流变频同步传动，其基本组成结构为：

1 、进步单元：包括机架、吸尘、传动辊、紧布器、带卷装进布装置、刷毛箱、对边装置

2 、印花单元：

采用分段式机架设计，圆网印花机传动采用当今流行的独立传动系统、自动对花系统，另外还有刮印和供浆系统、水洗

系统气路及控制系统、水溶性胶、热塑性胶上胶系统、织物 及导带加热系统、导带跑偏纠正系统等等

3 、烘燥单元：

多层穿布，热源：蒸汽（ 0.2?0.4Mpa ）

载热油：每节 1.675 x 109j/h

烘房节数： 2 ， 3 ， 4 任选，每节容布量约为 9M

4 、落布装置：

落布辊摆动落布

五、本产品性能优点综述

1 、圆网采用数字化伺服电机独立传动，避免了集体传动因传动链太多而产生的累计误差，同时机械传动长期使用造成机械

磨损，易出现“跑花”现象，降低印花精度，产品质量难以保证。采用圆网独立传动，纵向不跑花，对花精度高，运行

稳定性好，一等品率高

2 、采用数字对花系统，品种更新，产量高，并节约了前期对花样布，省布量 6%

3 、圆网、导带之间的速差可调，以满足不同品种印花，达到最佳印花效果

4 、具有车速、速差、计时、故障诊断显示和对花参数锁定功能，实现人机界面，以便指导维护与维修

5 、由于采用了圆网数字独立传动，革除了机械传动链，在少数套色印花时网头可轮流使用，这将进一步延长设备使用，这寿命

还可降低维修费用

6 、不同周长花圈的圆网可在本机上同时使用

7 、上浆装置的刮浆采用了磁棒形式，达到了上浆均匀，避免了波泡的出现

8 、克服了以往 12 色印花只能用 11 色花型的缺点，真正达到了 12 色印花机印 12 色花型的功能

1.FUNCTION:

The machine is suitable for the printing of natural fiber,chemical fiber,blending woven and knit fabric.

4. BASIC STRUCTURE:

The machine is driven by three phase AC inverter motor.The main components are as follow:

(1) Fabric Feeding Unit: (including)

-machine frame;

-dust absorption device;

-transmission roller;

-fabric tightening device

-rolling feeding device;

-brush box and fabric edge control device.

(2)Printing Unit (sectional design):

-adopt the most advanced independent transmission(driven) system;

-automatic fabric edge-control system;

-scraping system;

-slurry supplying system;

-washing system,

-air passage and control system;

-gluing system of water dissolution glue and heat shaping glue,

-fabric and conveyor belt heating system

-conveyor belt rectification system.

(3)Drying Unit:

-Multi-layer structure for fabric passing throgh;

-Heated by: Steam(0.2-0.4MPa) , heat transfer oil(1.675 x 109j/h each section)

-Section No. of drying chamber: 2,3,4 (optional),

-Capacity of each section: 9m (fabric)

(4)Fabric Dropping Device: by fabric dropping roller

5. ADVANTAGES:

 

(1)The rotary screen adopt the digital servo motor independent transmission system which could prevent the accumulating error that caused by the movement of too many of the transmission chain.And the independent rotary screen transmisson could realize high-accuracy registering without error making, the stablity of which is excellent.

 

(2)Adopt the digital registering system,which could help to produce large yield and save about 6% of the sample fabric.

 

(3)The speed of rotary screen and conveyor belt could be adjusted to meet the requirement of different kinds of printing to achieve the best printing effect.

 

(4)With the function of showing the speed , speed differencies ,time calculation, error diagnosis on the screen and registering parameter locking function, which realize the man-machine interface control and faciliate the maintenance work.

 

(5)As the machine adopt the digital rotary screen independent transmission system and get rid of the machine transmission chains,therefore,when it comes to the minority color printing, the screen heads can be used in turn,which would extend the life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.

 

(6)Rotary screens with different circumference are compatible to the machine.

 

(7)Magnetic-rod glue scraping way can make the gluing with even effect and avert the appearance of bubble.

 

(8)The machine can be attached with the tensionless device for the printing and anticrease of knit fabric and non-woven fabric
