功能特点:
1 干固 组成油墨所使用的溶剂的挥发导致物理干燥,油墨层的干固由油墨和慢干剂的化学交联反应所致。
关于油墨交联反应过程的标准参数值如下:

高温可以加快化学交联反应。
要获得更高的防水要求,需经140℃高温烘烤30分钟。油墨粘度及抗刮性测试需于24小时后进行。
于多色套印时,连续套印另一种颜色前,先前一颜色无须干固。当套印结束时,后必须经烘烤。
加工及干固温度应当不小于是15℃,否则,不可逆破坏可能出现。同样应避免印刷过后的持续高湿度,因为慢干剂对湿度敏感。
2 耐褪色性 JS系列油墨仅使用超高耐褪性色素研制。加入光油或者其他色素,特别是加入白色会按它们加入的比例而影响耐褪色性及耐风蚀性。如果油墨层厚度减小,其耐候性相应减弱。由于系列油墨的化学成份结构其耐风蚀性有限。当应用于户外装饰品时,油墨的环氧树脂表层受侵,使得油墨层逐渐显现白色,因而色素和填料释放。鉴于此,JS系列油墨不能应用于户外装饰,倘若直接湿度接触则可行。
3 抗压性 经一定的干固,油墨层表现出优良的粘度,其抗摩擦和抗刮性也得到巩固。
我们建议使用保护涂层,以期获得更高程度的抗摩擦性。
应用范围

To obtain higher waterproof requirements, it is required to be baked at 140 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes. The viscosity and scratch resistance test of the ink should be carried out in 24 hours.
In polychromatic printing, before the other color is continuously printed, the previous color does not need to be completely dried. When the printing is finished, it must be baked at the end.
The processing and drying temperature should not be less than 15, otherwise the irreversible damage may occur. It is also necessary to avoid persistent high humidity after printing, because the slow drying agent is sensitive to humidity.
2 the color fading resistant JS series ink was developed only with ultra high faded resistance pigments. Adding light oil or other pigments, especially white, will affect the resistance to fading and corrosion resistance according to the proportion of them added. If the thickness of the ink layer is reduced, the weatherability of the ink will be weakened accordingly. Because of the chemical composition of the series of ink, its resistance to wind erosion is limited. When applied to outdoor ornaments, the surface of the epoxy resin of the ink is invaded, making the ink layer gradually showing white, and the pigment and filler is released. In view of this, JS series ink can not be used for outdoor decoration, if direct humidity contact is feasible.
3 the compression property is completely dry and solid, the ink layer shows excellent viscosity, and its friction resistance and scratch resistance are also consolidated.
We recommend that the protective coating be used in order to achieve a higher degree of friction resistance.
