適用於各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優異的附著力。油墨特性：1、平光(如需亮光請選擇我司JL系列)、附著力佳、耐酒精、耐化學品；2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強、抗刮傷；4、耐酒精、耐化學品程度佳；印刷：選用網目為100-420目，以120T聚酯單絲、感光膠網版計算塗覆蓋面積每公斤達35~40㎡。表幹時間自然揮發5-10分鐘，實幹時間在24小時以內，48小時後達優秀性能。1.用B-03專用稀釋劑開油水2.用718洗網水洗網。3.可選擇添加JS-9硬化劑10%用於增加油墨附著力及物理化學抗性。4.烤箱80℃烘烤30分鐘佳能更優。測試方法(完全幹燥後)：1.3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。2.純度99%的酒精500G力在油墨表面來回擦拭200次無脫色。使用方法：1.使用前應充分攪拌，用後隨時密封。2.攪拌時先加固化劑靜置10分鐘後，再加稀釋劑10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度。3. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為4-6小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收。One c o mponent of alumina ink
