产品应用：广泛应用于服装上各种防伪商标，以及各类彩色印花图案。
反光转印膜印刷、转印制程：
1. 网版：打底选择目数为150-200目的网版，字体越小，网目数要越多。热熔胶选用80-120目网版。
2．机器印刷须在打底浆中加入783慢干剂，建议提前半天加入搅匀放置，等使用时加入3%-5%固化剂。
3. 透明反光转印膜印银色：先印3次银色打底浆，每印一次请进60度烘箱烘10分钟。然后印3次热熔胶，前两次进60度烘箱10分钟，最后一次70度烘30分。
4. 透明反光膜印彩色：先印两次颜色，再印一次白色，然后印三次热熔胶。（由于透明反光膜缺乏强有力的反射层，所以要求颜色一定要有很强的遮蔽性。）
5. 银灰色反光转印膜：先印2次透明打底浆，再印1次银色打底浆，每印一次请进60度烘箱烘10分钟。然后印3次热熔胶，前两次进60度烘箱烘10分钟，最后一次70度烘30分钟。
6. 转印：烫画机压力4公斤，请保证台面水平及烫画板温度和显示温度一致，同时需检测烫画板温度是否均匀。转印温度和时间要根据热熔胶熔点和布料而定，通常采用150℃、15秒。
7. 撕膜：转印好之后，反光膜需冷撕PET膜。手压着布，以180度平行撕膜。
8. 金葱膜：转印好后需要热撕。
9. 我们的反光膜在粘布问题做了很多的努力，常见布种（已经试验20种布）烫压后不会出现粘布及压痕。
10. 反光转印膜的保存：防潮、阴凉处，避免阳光直射，堆高层数少于5层，保存3年内不会出现黄变及不好转印的现象。

Reflective

into the oven to bake for 10 minutes and 60 degrees 70 degrees bake 30 minutes
for the last time.
6. Transfer printing: pyrograph machine
pressure 4 kg, please ensure that the table level and pyrograph plate
temperature and the temperature is consistent, at the same time, need to check
whether pyrograph plate temperature uniformity.Transfer printing temperature and time according to the hot melt
adhesive on the melting point and cloth, usually adopt 150 ℃,
15 seconds.
7. Tear film: heat transfer, reflective film

8. Golden onion membrane: transfer good need hot tear.
9. Our reflective film

10. Reflective printing film preservation:
moisture-proof, shady and cool place, prevent sun point-blank, pile top number
