功能特点 
 
1 UVK具有遮光性强、色泽鲜艳和光泽度好的特点，还具有以下性能：现成可用、干固快、用于软管印刷，墨膜韧性好、对填充剂的耐性强、耐水性强、遮光白170适于深色承印物、能在油墨上压印烫金膜。
2 固化 这是一种固化快的UV油墨。带有一或两盏中压汞汽灯（功率为120-180W/cm）的UV干固装置可以1500-5500件/小时的皮带转速固化UVK/UVK-LV油墨。但由于遮光黑273和遮光白170油墨中的色素较多，干固较慢。通常，油墨的干固速度受印品墨膜厚度、油墨颜色、采用的承印物和UV干固机的皮带速度（行程数）、UV干固机（灯具）类型、UV管的数量和使用年限以及功率。UVK稍有后固化的特点，从干固机中取出并冷却至室温之后应进行网状线带测试。24小时后，墨膜才达到其最大的耐性、抗水性及耐磨擦性。
3 耐褪色性 UVK只具有部分耐褪色性和耐风蚀性。因此只适于短期户外使用。
4 抗压性 在适当完全干燥之后，墨膜呈很好的附着性、耐刮耐磨性和抗粘着性，还对溶剂、酒精、水和各种填充剂有抗性（见添加剂和辅助剂）。

Adjustment of the ink
Ultrapack UVK/UVK-LV is ready to print,however,please stir homogeneously before printing.Due to the different printing conditions and UV dryers existing in the market,the UVK/UVK-LV can be modified with various additives in its reactivity,viscosity,water resistance and adhesion characterostics,see chapter"additives and auxiliaries".
Stress resistance
After proper and thorough drying,the ink film is excellently rub-,scratch-,and block-resistant and adheres very well.It is resistant to solvents,alcohol,water and fillers of and kind.
