欧莱斯UVC 系列UV面丝移印UV油墨 应用行业： 电脑键盘和手机按键等高耐磨要求的精细图案移印、UV表面印刷等。 适用范围： ABS及其复合共混料、PC、硬质PVC、PMMA等材质及UV表面。 油墨特征： UV固化、干速快、光泽高、遮盖强、附着力优、耐磨耐刮性能极佳、可耐水耐油耐酒精耐各种化学溶剂。 使用方法： 1、印刷前，请保持材料表面清洁。 2、使用本产品，请随时清洗移印胶头，以保证移印效果。 3、请选择适当的开油水：S901专用开油水。开油水的添加比例一般约为10%，根据客户自己的操作要求酌情加入。 4、本产品的固化条件：印普通塑胶先60℃加热固化3-5min，后UV固化；印UV表面先60℃烘烤40分钟后UV固化。UV能量不小于800mJ/c㎡，请保持固化设备的功率和能量。 5、若工件印坏，需抹掉重印，请在油墨UV固化前,使用抹字水清除油墨。 6、使用本产品前，请细心测试样品，待测试效果完全满足印刷要求以后，方可进行印刷。 安全储用： 1、产品用后密封于深色容器，保存在阴凉避光避热避火的环境中。请避免高温及阳光直射。 2、产品对皮肤有刺激性，请避免直接接触皮肤。若不慎接触皮肤，请及时用水清洗并寻求医生帮忙。
